Email Auto-Responder from Form v2 

This bot has A.I. automatically craft a personalized email to anyone that fills out a form. This is mainly useful for marketing (though you can use it for whatever you like). 

For this Scenario, we use Hubspot because it offers the biggest selection of actions on the Make.com platform. This leverages the contact added to list trigger. In Hubspot, you would create a form then have all users that submit the form automatically added to a list that triggers this flow. 

If you are using GoHighLevel, there is a HighLevel module in Make but the only acid trigger is “new opportunities” whereas in Zapier the trigger is a pipeline change. Both allow you to add the contact to an existing campaign, but you cannot create one through an automation. 

This goes for Engagebay and other CRMs as well. 

Alternatively, you could use GetResponse or MailerLite but they only trigger on new contact or subscriber info (so it wouldn’t work for existing subscribers). 

You can also use Jotform, Typeform, or any other of form-only triggers. 

Moving on… After the trigger there are two GPT modules that craft your email. It is important that you edit the prompts in these modules to include details about your business.

The current prompt is just an example of one way you can use this scenario. You should modify the prompt for whatever specific ends your business needs. 

After the GPT modules there is a formatting module that simply turns the GPT output into html. This makes it easier for email service providers. 

The last module is Microsoft Outlook, but you can also use Gmail (especially if you use gsuite) or whatever email service to send the reply email. 

And that is it. Feel free to use this A.I. auto-responder in whatever way best suits your business.
